All contracts are subject to these terms and conditions, which supersede any previous agreements. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Quotations are valid for the period stated (typically 30 days). Acceptance of a quotation forms a binding contract. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice. Deposits and stage payments may be required. Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
Timelines are estimates and subject to variation. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. The client is responsible for providing suitable site access and conditions.
Our products and workmanship are guaranteed against defects for a reasonable period, details of which will be provided with your quotation or contract.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We accept no responsibility for consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
